Project: Application for Parent & Child Matching.
Clients :Bal Asha Trust & Ryon de Soleil, France, CARA (Govt. of India , Delhi)
Project Overview:
Essentially meant for International Adopting Agencies & Central Govt.’s Foreign Adoption Monitoring Agency (CARA, Delhi), the Software has vast implications to and can be applied to Juvenile Justice, Criminal & Suspect monitoring, Lost Persons Cases etc. It has simplified the lengthy manual Process at Central Agency. All Paperwork at Central Agency has been reduced. Centralized database ensures a successful Co-ordination & exchange of information among various adoption agencies, Indian as well as International. As a result, the Child can be placed in appropriate adoptive family within shortest possible time.

Project: A Customised Software System for Collection of Toll Tax.
Clients: Ideal Road Builders Pvt. Ltd.
Ideal Road Builders Pvt. Ltd., one of the Premier Construction Companies for construction of Roads, Bridges and Tunnels (Horizontal Structures) in India and No.1 Toll Collection Agents in Maharashtra having exclusive Technical Collaboration with International Road Dynamics (IRD) of Canada for Weigh in Motion. They have implemented many International Quality High-tech Construction Projects in India and have employed Information Technology extensively in all their projects. AksharMaya’s Software System is currently operational at 3 Toll Stations in Maharashtra with Version 1.0 being operational at one Toll Station and Version 2.1 at the other Two. Version 3.0 is currently under development.

Project Overview :
It is used for continuous printing of Toll Tickets on pre-printed stationary in real time depending upon type of vehicle (on multiple Booths), classified on keystrokes, in three shifts. Extremely fast Ticket printing with auto tear-off feature is required which is not possible through Windows. Vehicular Traffic per Toll Station is 50000-60000 vehicles every 24 hours up to 90000-100000 vehicles. Software automatically recognizes configuration and system designation at Toll Booths and trasmits report to Supervisor or Administrator Node. It also maintains various reports like Shiftmaster, Cash Collection, Till time etc. which can be taken on Administrator Terminal only. Version 2.1 includes Bar Coding facility along with detailed Vehicular analysis, Cash Denomination analysis, Incentive System for employees at Toll with Automatic Data export/ upload to HRMS S/w at Head Office. Also, Administrator can monitor the work in progress online at each Booth through remote login from Laptop or PCs. Elaborate Three Level Security has been incorporated for same purpose with Firewall on Server designed in Java. Version 3.0, Currently under construction will take the Toll System automation further by way of complete integration of the Cash Collection System with Data from TCC vehicle classifiers and the Contactless Smart Card System.

Project: Application for Book Inventory essentially meant for Publishing Houses, Book Distributors, and Retail Book Stores.

Mouj Prakashan Griha is a prestigious private sector Publishing House in India which has won many of the National and State level awards for its Books and for its Printing. Mouj Prakashan Griha, Mouj Printing Bureau and Mouj Digital, are all part of Mouj Group of Companies.

Project Overview: It is a standardised Product for entire Publishing Segment in India, especially Maharashtra. As Publishing houses mostly operate on manual A/c with large turnover in Textbooks as well as Fiction categories in terms of Titles, Copies and Revenue, the software is aimed at bringing segmentwise standardisation. The Software was developed with the backing of Mouj Publishing House. As heads of the Publishers’ Association, Mouj entrusted AksharMaya with providing B2B Software Solutions for themselves and their Group of Large Distributors. Ultimately, the Software evolved as a solution to the publishing Segment itself. Software can give accurate position of stock in warehouses as well as in circulation. It reduces the Billing Cycle from 6-12 Months to 1-3 Months. Web enabling of the Software in Version 2 has opened up B2C Potential for the sector.

Project: Membership and Contact Management Software for Federation of Number of Organisation/Associations/Clubs and their members.Clients: Western Chapter/District of Rotary International, Indian Film Directors’ Association (IFDA)
Project Preview: S/w enables online data mining of large database of Members as well as officials of each member-association / club (more than 350 Clubs for Rotary Chapter) under its Jurisdiction with their Complete Personal History as well as Track Record including Photographs. Workings of various Committees can be monitored. Elaborate Query and Search has been build into the application for fast retrieval of data. Reports of all profiles can be exported into any Page Layout Application such as Page Maker along with Index and Glossary and Entire Directory of Apex Association or Individual Clubs can be printed very easily.
